Over at @toastespresso with Mick and Noah getting stuck into a little #shopfront update for Mark and the crew ☕️ with the install of a new @awsaustralia 3-panel bifold door 👌

These doors cop a serious workout at one of the busiest cafes in town, so this should make things a whole lot easier for the crew!

Good job boys! 🤙

The workers were very accomodating and worked hard.
There were a couple of hiccups with the product not fitting properly and they managed to make alterations to rectify this.
However one of the sliding doors is not closing properly.
Unfortunately I don’t use Google videos. I will send separate email with video.

Response from the owner

Hi Mark, thanks the review and notes. We are on it and will fix up that issue for you ASAP! We are proud that our guys always work hard to rectify any issues that can pop up and leave you with the best possible outcome!

So very impressed with BRG, in the first instance, your wonderful office manager Steph, so pleasant, so lovely and kept in touch to squeeze in a booking for what wasn't a huge job, but she persisted anyway. And secondly to the great fellows Trent and Dom who were clever in their solution, funny and just great blokes. Thank you so much for saving our summer by fixing our broken window. Five star service. Local employer, who really cares about the jobs big or small, and also bothers to serve us in the rural and remote parts of the North Coast.

You are welcome, Nikki! We love to hear the feedback and love to do our best for all around the Clarence Valley & beyond! Team BRG

We are very happy with the product and the way your work men applied them selves. A high standard that we would use again.

Love to hear it, Don! We will pass it on to the Noah and the guys that did the installation and yes our Invisigard Security Screens are a superb product! Thanks again.Team BRG.

Could not fault BRG for there wonderful service. Our beach house in Wooli needed a new front door handle and lock as it went (kaput) on Friday at around 10:30am. I phoned Graham at BRG who said it was possible but on a Friday and knowing that the team knocks off at 2pm we could be struugling. Well hey presto, we (they) went to all stops and had the job done and dusted with time to spare, well done guys, you have one (1) very happy customer!

Glad we could help Mike! 👍
